My largest and most ambitious project. Escale ran its automated sales ecosystem on
third-party systems — it worked, but bringing each new client into production took
around 60 days and required updating several systems, creating so much friction that
some clients churned before going live. We built our own ecosystem: around 20 new
systems, all built 100% with AI, fully architected and integrated, with client
onboarding now happening from a single dashboard.
The AI automatically generates and tests the sales agents' prompts and suggests A/B test plans.
It supports the client in building the knowledge base.
It analyzes 100% of conversations, message by message — detecting when a lead opts for the product and even recognizing the lead's mood.

Movida's customer service channels used to run separately and disorganized, with
many tickets going unanswered or unresolved. I built the CRM that unified every
channel and began organizing and routing requests across the operations teams —
with end-to-end traceability and a stronger relationship with the customer base.
